Keith the cop gets a treat, SOTU pantomime and all that horseshit, tattoos and tax, the book radio lady was on the Shit Show yesterday.
Tom Green in studio, he doesn't much care for the complications of modern digital communications, but likes Tricasters.
A Tom Green twitter beef. Norton learns about phone video. Surgery, diving off-grid and the ol' Canadian PSAs.
Jay Mohr uses a phone ... err, doesn't go well.

  2. This is a very impressive site. Clean, professional looking, and easy to navigate. I've been around since MotherGoose, and this is the best site so far.

    Good job, sir. Good job.

  6. You have no idea how important this show is to me. I would literally be unemployed if it were not for you and this show. I am forever grateful. I can't go a day without this. (Which is why i have 4 years of shows backed up for weekends :p) I used to do the webdoc torrents and wait until MIDNIGHT of the air date...Now, I'm at work, on my Andriod, and @ 10:55-11:00, I'm hitting "g" in my address bar...only to be autofilled by the one that is THE great greggtonyandjim.blogspot.com ... 20 minutes later, that heavenly sound... "but enough of this palaver, let's get the show on the road..." beeeyuuu weeeeee beeeyuuuu weeeee beeeyuuuu weeeee BUM BUM BUM. Fuckin luv ya man. Thanks infinity.

  7. Although I admire your choice not to add banners and crap, you could ofcourse place a non-intrusive Google text banner bar on the right or something.

I would click a link or 2 daily and you can make a couple of bucks if more people do the same.

    1. Hi Rolf,

Not looking to restart the argument that exploded on Haze's blog, but I am certain there wont be ads or kickback programs on the site.

The main reason I started the blog was that it was starting to look dodgy, that we were maybe running out of guys recording. (Haze already indicated he was maybe going to give it a rest).

We need more blogs and sites, and we need to encourage more guys to start recording and we need O&A sites to share those links and support each other's sites. More content sharing and more guys acting as back-up for each other.

As soon as money, visitor-stats and ad-cents come in, all that flies out the window it seems.

I was gonna add a post at the weekend looking for new ideas to maybe help guys that want to start blogs, or maybe just record a few shows now and again, and get them posted, but don't want to commit to a full-time gig.

If anyone has any suggestions or smart ideas to help encourage more O&A content being grabbed and shared, please post it here, or email, or think about it for a day or two and wait till the weekend for the dedicated blogpost.

Either way, cheers Rolf, and thanks for the offer. Appreciated for sure.

      David.

  8. Hey,

I'm so glad I don't have to deal with that asshole Haze anymore.

I might suggest people try and funnel others over here if they can, since I doubt anyone wants to deal with ads or having to suffer through that dummies comments.

  9. Oh, is Jay Mohr really bad? Does he call while Tom Green's in?

    1. I love Jay Mohr, but the phoner into the middle of a conversation is always a tough gig ... and even moreso for him and style, he needs to be in the room.
